Hi, I'm Nattie Nat-- a plus size fitness instructor passionate about helping women with limited mobility and chronic pain discover the joy of movement. Through fun, low-impact workouts, I create a safe and supportive space where every body is celebrated. My mission is to show you that fitness isn't about fitting in - it's about building confidence, strength, and energy at your own pace.
